Frequently Asked Questions
What type of finish do you use?
What type of finish do you use?
We use a thick powder coat paint to finish our brackets. We provide the largest selection of colors our of any other bracket manufacturer.
We also provide the option of a Zinc Primer to add extra rust protection!
Where are your brackets made?
Where are your brackets made?
All of our brackets are made in the USA. Our shop is located in historic Madison, Indiana (right on the Ohio River). We proudly manufacture all of our products in the United States using only American labor. We also source all of our materials from United States based companies.
What are the load capacities of your brackets?
What are the load capacities of your brackets?
For the moment, we do not have any load tests on our brackets. This is mainly due to the large variety of brackets that we offer. We don't recommend using brackets for the sole support for your joint.
Our brackets are made with the option of 12 Gauge (0.1") and 1/4" thick cold rolled steel. If certain codes need to be met, we recommend providing the specs to a local contractor or engineer.
What is your return policy?
What is your return policy?
All items are "made-to-order" because of the large amount of products we provide. Because of this, our brackets are non-returnable. Please keep this in mind before ordering, and measure twice to make sure you have the correct measurements.
